Compass Datacenters Buys Land In Ohio For Data Center
Dallas-based datacenter operator Compass Datacenters reported this morning that it has acquired some real estate in Columbus, Ohio, for a new data center complex. According to Compass Datacenters, it acquired a 9.2 acre parcel of land for $1.93M, for its first data center facilities in Ohio. The land is in the New Albany Business Park. Compass Datacenters said it expects to invest over $60M in the new facility, which will house five dedicated, Tier III and LEED Gold certified 1.2 MW data center facilities.
