Compass Datacenters Expands in Texas, Georgia, Ohio
Dallas-based data center operator Compass Datacenters announced this morning that it is expanding in three markets, and has acquired real estate in Dallas, Atlanta, and Columbus Ohio. Compass Datacenters said the expansion comes due to requests for its customers in those locations for dedicated data centers. Compass Datacenters said the new locations in Lithia Springs, Georgia and Richardson, Texas will be the first for those in those two data center markets. Compass Datacenters did not say how much it is investing to build out those new locations. The location in Georgia includes 23.5 acres of land; the new location in Richardson is 10.2 acres; and the Ohio data center is 9.5 acres.
