Compass Datacenters Gets $100M In Funding
Dallas-based datacenter operator Compass Datacenters said this morning that it has raised $100M in a round of funding, which it will use for expansion into additional, geographic markets. According to Compass Datacenters, the funding includes $35M in equity plus $65M in a revolving credit facility. The funding came from existing investors, and the credit cam from KeyBank nA, Regions Bank, and Raymond James. Compass Datacenters said the credit facility also has the option to increase funding by an additional $40M if needed, for a total of $150M under that facility.
