Texas Venture Deals In Q4 Rise To $315.8M In Q4
Venture capital activity in the state of Texas saw an uptick in Q4 of 2013, according to the latest numbers from the PricewaterhouseCoopers/National Venture Capital Association's MoneyTree report. According to the report, which is based on data from Thomson Reuters, the state saw $315,854,000 in venture investments for the quarter--up both from the prior quarter, when $244.0M was invested, as well as up from Q4 of 2012, when $205.1M was invested in the state.
