RealPage Buys Bookt

Carrollton, Texas-based RealPage said late Monday that it has acquired the assets of Bookt, a developer of vacation rental booking engines. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Bookt was based in Hollywood, Florida, where the company will remain. RealPage said that Bookt develops InstaManager, a popular vacation rental booking engine used by professional vacation rental managers. The software powers websites, online pricing, online booking, reservations, payment processing, and other functions for property managers, including desktop, tablet, and smartphone support.
