Intific Acquired By Cubic

Austin-based intific, a developer of simulation software and game-based software used for virtual modeling, training, cyber warfare, and more, has been acquired by defense systems firm Cubic Corporation. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Cubic Corporation is based in San Diego, California. According to the companies, Intific had approximately $14M in revenues in 2013, and employs 80 split between Austin and Alexandra, Virginia.
