NewHomeSource In Listing Deal With Redfin

Austin-based NewHomeSource--which is owned by Builder's Digital Experience, a joint venture of Move, Inc. and Builder Homesite--is in a big real estate listing deal with online real estate site Redfin. According to the two, Redfin will begin offering up new home listings on both its website and mobile apps, allowing users to search for new homes via the real estate site. Redfin previously only offered up listings from multiple listing services (MLS), which typically do not include many new homes. Financial details of the deal were not announced.
