Indeed.com Hits 140M Uniques

Job search site Indeed.com, which is headquartered in Austin, said late Thursday that it has surpassed more than 140 million, monthly unique visitors on its service worldwide. The company claims its is now the "#1 job site in the world", after seeing a 40 percent, year on year growth in January for the company. Indeed says it now has around 16 million jobs on the site, and 25 million resumes. Indeed.com was acquired by Japanese company Recruit Co. Ltd back in September of 2012; it now lists Austin as its headquarters.
