TurnKey Vacation Rentals Gets $3M

Austin-based TurnKey Vacation Rentals, a startup helping owners of vacation rental properties manage the entire rental process, said this morning that it has raised $3M in a seed funding round. The funding came from Silverton Partners, and also included Rich Barton (Expedia, Zillow, Benchmark), Gregg Brockway (Hotwire, TripIt, Chairish), Alexis de Belloy (HomeAway, Accel), Rob Greyber (Egencia), Eric Goldreyer (BedandBreakfast.com), Joey Levin (IAC Search & Applications), Karl Peterson (Hotwire, TPG), Spencer Rascoff (Hotwire, Zillow), Russ Sach (Expedia) and Greg Slyngstad (Expedia, VacationSpot, Kayak). The company said the new funding brings its seed funding to $4.8 million. Silverton's Bill Wood joins TurnKey's board with the funding. TurnKey is led by T.J. Clark.
