TurnKey Vacation Rentals Takes $31M More

Austin-based TurnKey Vacation Rentals, the venture-backed startup offering up full service vacation rental property management services, has raised $31M more in a Series D funding round, the company said on Monday. TurnKey said it has now raised a total of $72M in funding. The new funding was led by Adams Street Partners, and also included existing investor Altos Ventures and two new institutional investors. Names of those two new institutional investors were not announced. TurnKey, which is led by T.J. Clark, says it now provides full service property management to more than 3,500 vacation rental homes in the United States.
