WP Engine Names Marketing Head

Austin-based WP Engine has named a new marketing chief, saying that it has named Klee Kleber as its new Chief Marketing Officer. Kleiber was previously SVP, Marketing and Product Development at Rackspace, and also had served as VP Marketing at Dell. WP Engine--which develops content management software to help manage WordPress websites and applications--said that Kleber will head up global marketing activities, product marketing, corporate communications, and demand generation for the company. WP Engine is led by Heather Brunner, and backed by North Bridge Growth Equity, Silverton Partners, and a long list of angels.
