Interactions Plans To Hire 1,000 In Austin

Interactions, a provider of customer service and data entry services, says it is bolstering its operations in Austin, and plans to hire a thousand new employees at its Austin location by 2015. The company--whose clients include Hyatt, Best Western, Humana, LifeLock, and many others--said the employees will help support its virtual assistant solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises. The company pinpointed Austin's "talented, bilingual workforce" plus a "business-friendly and progressive climate" for the expansion plans in the city.
