Upland Software Files For IPO

Austin-based Upland Software has filed for an IPO, saying last night that it is looking to raise up to $50M in an offering on the New York Stock Exchange. The company has applied to list as UPLD. Upland Software develops cloud-based, enterprise software for managing projects and work. The IPO is being underwritten by William Blair, Raymond James, Canaccord Genuity, and Needham & Company. Upland is venture backed by Austin Ventures, Activant Holdings, and ESW Capital.
