Upland Software Buys PostUp

Austin-based Upland Software, which develops enterprise software used for workforce management, has acquired email software developer PostUp. Upload Software paid $35.0M in cash for PostUp, the company said. According to Upland Software, the deal is expected to generate annual revenue of approximately $11.0M. PostUp is also based in Austin. PostUp develops enterprise email automation software, aimed at audience development, lead generation, and other efforts. According to Upland Software, PostUp will be an "important addition" to its customer experience management (CXM) solution suite.
