Conifer Health Solutions Buys SPi Healthcare

Frisco, Texas-based Conifer Health Solutions, a provider of technology-based healthcare performance improvement services, said today that it has acquired SPi Healthcare, in a deal worth $235M. SPi Healthcare provides software and technology for revenue cycle management and health information management, particularly for provider-owned physician practices. SPi was based in Tinley Park, Illinois.
