Conifer Health Completes SPi Healthcare Buy

Frisco, Texas-based Conifer Health Solutions, which offers up technology enabled healthcare performance improvement services, said today that it has completed its acquisition of SPi Healthcare. The deal was worth $235M. The acquisition had been announced in September. SPi Healthcare is a provider of recenue cycle management and healthcare information management services and software, and was based in Illinois.
