RadioShack To Roll Out Apple Pay Next Week

Fort Worth-based electronics retailer RadioShack said Thursday that it is adopting Apple's newly announced Apple Pay electronic payment service, and will start accepting payments at more than 900 of its locations in five key markets next week. RadioShack said customers in Manhattan, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco will be able to use Apple's new payment system, which lets users hold their iPhone near a contactless reader to transfer payment information to retailers.
