PROS Completes Cameleon Software Buy

Houston-based software developer PROS says its has completed its acquisition of French company Cameleon Software SA, having now acquired 95 percent of the outstanding shares and voting rights of Cameleon. PROS said that it will delist Cameleon from the NYSE Euronext in conjunction with the buy. Cameleon Software was a developer of configuration, pricing, and quoting software. The deal was worth approximately $33M, and had been announced almost exactly a year ago.
