TrueAbility Wins DigitalOcean

Austin-based TrueAbility, which is developing automated tools to help screen employees for their technical and programming skills, has scored a win with cloud hosting company DigitalOcean. According to DigitalOcean, it has launched a large-scale, online technical challenge using TrueAbility as part of an effort to hire top technical talent. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. The new hiring challenge revolves around testing competitors against basic Linux skills and the Docker software container technology. TrueAbility is venture backed by Austin Ventures, Cloud Power Seed Fund 2013, and angels.
