GameStop Launches Into Holidays

Grapevine, Texas-based videogame retailer GameStop has joined the early rush to the holiday season, saying this week that it has launched a new "Holiday Hub" online to help shoppers get insights into holiday gaming and electronic gift ideas. The new Holiday Hub provides gift guides, deals, provides trade-in values, and more all focused on holiday shopping. It looks like the holiday season is already in full swing for videogame and electronics retailers this year, who--instead of waiting for "Black Friday"--started offering up shopping deals on November 1st. Those retailers included such retailers as Amazon.com and NewEgg.com, both of whom started their holiday shopping deals last week.
