Silver Lining Picks Up Where Calxeda Left Off

One of the biggest losses in Austin's high tech industry in the last few years was the loss of low power server processor developer Calxeda, which shut down almost exactly a year ago. However, all was not lost--Silver Lining, which is a subsidiary of AtGames Cloud Holdings, has apparently picked up the assets of Calxeda and has continued the technology development done at Calxeda. According to Silver Lining, the company is being advised by Calxeda founder and CEO Barry Evans, and currently has partnerships with Foxcon server group and ARM.
