Mavenir Systems Completes Ulticom Buy

Richardson, Texas-based Mavenir Systems said late Friday that it has completed its acquisition of Ulticom. Mavenir said that the acquisition will help enhance its portfolio of software products and solutions, particularly in the area of 4G LTE and Voice over LTE (VoLTE) services.
