MakerSquare Acquired By Hack Reactor

MakerSquare, the software coding school which operates in both Austin and San Francisco, has been acquired by fellow coding school operator Hack Reactor, the two said Wednesday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Hack Reactor operates its own set of computer programming classes. MakerSquare will continue to operate independently of Hack Reactor, but will switch over to Hack Reactor's Javascript programming curriculum. MakerSquare was headed by Harsh Patel, and got its start in Austin in 2013.
