Nexstar Broadcasting Buys Yashi

Irving, Texaas-based Nexstar Broadcasting Group, the owner of over 105 television stations and other properties, said earlier this week that it has acquired Yashi, a provider of digital advertising products aimed at online video. Nexstar said it would pay $33.0M in cash for Yashi. Nexstar said that the buy will broaden and diversify its digital media portfolio.
