RealPage Wins Affordable Housing Operator

Carrollton, Texas-based RealPage reported a win Monday afternoon with Interstate Realty Management Company, which it says is the second largest operator of affordable and mixed income communities in the United States. Financial impact of the win was not announced, however, RealPage said that Interstate will deploy its software across 343 sites representing 31,856 units. RealPage offers up property management, accounting and budgeting, facilities, and many other features to the housing industry.
