RealPage Acquires LeaseLabs For $103M

Richardson-based RealPage said Thursday that it is acquiring LeaseLabs, a provider of digital marketing services and software to the multifamily housing industry. RealPage said it will pay $103M in cash and stock, plus up to $14M in earnout. According to RealPage, LeaseLabs projects standalone revenue of $20M for the full 2018 year. LeaseLabs provides its services for approximately 800,000 units in the multifamily housing industry, according to the company. RealPage said the addition will help add marketing analytic services, creative content design, direct marketing through social media channels, reputation management and geo-targeting solutions.
