RealPage Acquires PEX

Richardson, Texas-based RealPage, which develops software for the real estate industry, said late Monday that it has acquired PEX Software Limited, a UK-based developer of property management, online leasing, and related software. RealPage said it paid approximately $6.2M in cash for PEX. Pex was based in London, and serves clients in the United Kingdom, European Union and Australia.
