RealPage Acquires NWP Services Corporation

Carrollton-based software provider Realpage said late Tuesday that it has acquired NWP Services Corporation, a provider of cloud-based billing, electronic payment, energy management, and back office accounting and IT infrastructure for the rental housing industry. RealPage said it will pay approximately $68M in cash for NWP Services, which it says had revenues of approximately $58M in 2015. RealPage says it expects to integrate NWP's functionality into its platform throughout 2016.
