RealPage Acquires Axiometrics

Richardson, Texas-based RealPage announced on Tuesday that it is acquiring the assets of Axiometrics, a provider of apartment market data. Realpage said it will pay approximately $75M in cash for Axiometrics, which it says has forecast yearly revenues of $13.8M for the year ending December 31, 2016. RealPage says it expects the acquisition to represent a valuation of approximately 8X EBITDA once integrated by early 2018. Axiometrics becomes part of RealPage's MPF Research division. Axiometrics was based in Dallas.
