RealPage Acquires ClickPay For $218.5M

Richardson-based a href="http://www.realpage.com">RealPage, which develops real estate property management software, said this morning that it has acquired ClickPay, the developer of an electronic payment platform for the multifamily, HOA, condominium and co-op segments of the real estate market. RealPage said it will pay $218.5M for ClickPay, split between $76.3M in its common stock and $142.2M in cash. Clickpay was based in New York. According to RealPage, ClickPay had revenues of over $22M for the year ended December 31, 2017.
