RealPage Acquires Kigo

Carollton, Texas-based property management software developer RealPage said late Monday that it has acquired Kigo, a developer of vacation rental booking and channel management software which is headquartered in Barcelona, Spain. RealPage said it paid $32M in cash and a deferred payment of up to $5.5M for Kigo, which has over 80 employees. RealPage said it will use the acquisition to bolster its vacation rental booking system internationally.
