RealPage Relaunches Kigo Into Vacation Rental Software Market

Carollton, Texas-based RealPage has relaunched Kigo as its brand for vacation rental booking and revenue management, a year after its acquisition of the Spanish software company. Kigo said today that it has released a new revenue management system, specifically aimed at helping vacation rental owners and managere in the vacation rental market. Kigo said its software, Kigo Revenue Management, uses principles used by hotel and airline industries, but tailored specifically for vacation rentals, automatically adapting real-time rental rates based on seasonality and market demand. The software is currently only available in the U.S. RealPage said last month that it was combining Kigo and InstaManager into the newly launched service.
