RealPage Completes LeaseLabs Buy

Richardson, Texas-based RealPage said this morning that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of LeaseLabs, a developer of software used for digital marketing of multi-family housing and apartments. The company previously had said it would pay $103M in cash and stock, plus up to $14M in earnout, for LeaseLabs. RealPage is a developer of software for the real estate industry.
