HRsmart Acquired By Deltek

Richardson, Texas-based HRsmart, a developer of talent management and human resources tools, has been acquired by Virginia-based Deltek, Deltek said this morning. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced by the companies. Deltek said the acquisition will help it offer up a talent management platform for recruiting, onboarding, training, compensating and developing employees. HRsmart was led by Mark Hamdan.
