Splice Rolls Out Updated iPhone Video Editing Tool

Austin-based Splice, the developer of a mobile, iPhone-based video editing app, said today that it has released a new version of its software. The company said it has rewritten Splice in Apples new Swift language, and added new sharing tools and more effects and transitions. The video editing app is free. Splice is led by Hunter Powell.
