NTT DATA Acquires Carlisle & Gallagher

Plano-based IT services provider NTT DATA announced this morning that it is acquiring Carlisle & Gallgher Consulting Group, a provider of IT consulting to the global financial services industry. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced by the company. NTT DATA said the buy will specifically bolster its services for financial institutions in North America and elsewhere in the world. NTT Data said it was advised by BofA Merrill Lynch in the deal.
