Alert Media Finds $4.16M In Series A

Austin-based Alert Media, which is developing interactive, mass notification tools, has raised $4.16M in a Series A funding. The company said this morning that the round was led by Silverton Partners, and also included ATX Ventures and Capital Facotry. Alert Media is led by Brian Cruver, and says it is developing a cloud-based platform aimed at companies, who can use the platform for emergency communications, day-to-day business communications, scheduling, dispatching, and other logistics.
