Reports: Gritness Acquired By Under Armour

Austin-based Gritness, which develops a group workout app and search engine, has been acquired by Under Armour, according to reports. Financial details of the acquisition--which has not yet officialy been announced--have not been disclosed. Gritness joins Under Armour's growing slate of digital health and fitness businesses, including MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, and Endomondo.
