Highlander Partners Buys Twitchell Technical Products

Dallas-based middle market investment firm Highlander Partners, L.P. has acquired engineered polymer fabrics and coatings manufacturer Twitchell Technical Products, the two said Thursday. Size of the deal was not announced. Highlander said that its President, Mike Nicolais, joins Twitchell's board as Chairman. Twitchell's products are used in interior window shades, awnings, screens, wall and floor coverings, environmental protection and containment products, surgical gowns, absorbents, automotive components and industrial packaging.
