Highlander Partners Names New Operating Partner

Dallas-based private equity investor Highlander Partners, L.P. said today that it has named Jeff Partridge as an Operating Partner at the firm. Partridge was CEO of Truco Enterprises, a private equity-owned licensee of On the Border Restaurants, until earlier this year. According to Highlander Partners, Partridge will work with its existing CPG-oriented businesses on product development, branding and channel expansion, in addition to sourcing and analyzing new opportunities in the space. Partridge also served at Combs Product, Wickham Supply, and The Coca Cola Company.
