RealPage Connects Tools Into Leasing, Rent Data

Carollton, Texas-based real estate management software developer RealPage said this morning that it has added a new feature of its tools, which lets users see the state of the rental marketplace and help optimize their capital investments. RealPage said its new product, RealPage Market Analytics, is powered by data from MPF Research, and helps its customers by offering up property sales transaction summaries, "heat maps" which identify the highest performing "micro-markets" in an area; granular data on apartment demand and supply, occupancy, and rent; and more. RealPage did not say how much customers will have to pay to gain access to that data.
