RealPage Gets Nod From DoJ On LRO Buy
Richardson-based real estate software developer RealPage said Tuesday afternoon that it has received antitrust clearance from the U.S. Department of Justice, around its acquisition of Lease Rent Options (LRO). RealPage had announced its acquisition deal for LRO in February. The deal is worth $300M in cash. LRO's software is used for revenue management and pricing for apartment units, helping landlords to optimize the rent they charge on properties. LRO was previously owned by private equity investor The Rainmaker Group.
