Conifer Health Solutions Snags Legal Head From Zix Corporation

Frisco, Texas-based Conifer Health Solutions, which provides technology-based, healthcare performance improvement services, said yesterday that it has named James (Jim) F. Brashear as its Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. Brashear was most recently General Counsel at Zix Corporation, where he was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He also has served at Haynes and Boone, LLP, Sabre Corporation, American Airlines, Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and O'Melveny and Myers.
