TRIPBAM Launches Corporate Travel Rate Software

Dallas-based hotel shopping service TRIPBAM said this morning that it has launched a new offering, to help corporate travel managers make sure they are getting what they were promised by hotels. According to TRIPBAM, it has launched a new tool which will ensure real-time, rate enforcement for corporate travel managers, making sure their employees get access to the contracted rates for rooms. TRIPBAM said that rate compliance with hotels today is a "fuzzy proposition", with local hotel owners and group managers often not honoring corporate, negotiated rates. The company says it uses its database of bookings and pricing, to make sure a company's contracted rate is honored by hotels.
