Assured Enterprises Moves HQ To Austin, Plans Major Hiring

Assured Enterprises, a developer of security software which was based in Virginia, has set up a new headquarters in Austin, and plans to hire more than 150 employees over the next 12 months, according to the company. Assured Enterprise said it has moved into a new, 28,000 square foot space at its new corporate headquarters, which it says will focus on commercial product development for the company. The company is occupying space recently vacated by Spiceworks. Assured Enterprises said many of its executives--including its CEO--are all moving to Austin as part of the relocation, although it will continue to have a presence in the Washington, D.C., area.
