BrightLocker Aims Crowdfunding Site At Videogames

Austin-based BrightLocker, a new startup which is developing an online crowdfunding site specifically aimed at videogames, says it is planning to launch its service in early 2016, nd has begun taking signups for its closed beta. The startup, led by Ruben Cortez, said it is creating a platform which it says allows the community to participate in the funding, creation, selection and development of games. The company said it is incorporating rewards, achievements, and currency on its platform to encourage members to help videogame ideas on the site become reality.
