Perk.com Buys SuperRewards, Corona Labs

Austin-based mobile rewards software developer Perk.com has made two acquisitions, saying over the lasst few days that it has acquired Playerize Network Inc. , known as SuperRewards, and also inked a deal to acquire Corona Labs. SuperRewards is a provider of alternative payment and virtual rewards on Facebook and other platforms. Perk.com said it will issue 455,0000 shares of its common shares and pay $350,000 for SuperRewards, which it says had revenues of $8.4M for its trailing twelve months. Perk.com said it would pay approximately $1.5M plus $0.8M in earnout for Corona Labs, which is currently owned by Fuse Powered Inc.
