Innography Acquired By UK Firm

Austin-based Innography, which offered up intellectual property and patent management software, has been acquired by UK-based CPA Global, the two said Monday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. CPA Global said the buy will help strengthen its technology and analytics capabilities. Innography was advised by Portico Capital Securities LLC in the deal. Innography, which was founded in 2006, was venture backed by Austin Ventures and Covera Ventures. The company was led by John Martin.
