CrowdTorch Acquired By Vendini

Austin-based CrowdTorch, which operates an online ticketing service, has been acquired by Silicon Valley-based Vendini, the companies said this week. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. CrowdTorch was owned by Cvent, and had started life in Austin as Seed Labs, before being acquired by Cvent in 2012.
