Vista Equity Names New CEO For MarketLive-Shopatron

Austin-based private equity investor Vista Equity Partners has named a new CEO to head up its newly combined MarketLive-Shopatron venture. According to Vista Equity, it has set Kenneth Frank, most recently the Chief Operating Officer of Aptean Software, to the position. Aptean Software is also owned by Vista Equity. Vista had acquired and combined e-commerce companies MarketLive and Shopatron back in November.
